Throughout my medical journey, I have worked hard to achieve key milestones in both education and practice. I hold a Doctor of Medicine degree, am a member of the Royal College of Physicians (MRCP UK), and the Malta College of Family Doctors (MMCFD). I also completed a Master’s degree in Oncology from Newcastle University with Distinction, where my dissertation focused on colorectal surgery outcomes. These qualifications reflect my commitment to continuous learning and providing high-quality care to my patients.

In addition to my educational background, I have been involved in several healthcare initiatives. As a GP, I helped set up clinics in Malta’s Immigration Reception Centres, providing medical care to communities that often face healthcare access challenges. I’ve also successfully passed all levels of the MRCP, a testament to my focus on building strong clinical skills and expertise.

My involvement in research and audits has allowed me to contribute to improving patient outcomes. I’ve worked on studies related to colorectal cancer, survival trends, and diabetic patient care, presenting findings at international conferences such as the VDGM Conference in Edinburgh. I’ve also co-authored papers on topics like hyperhidrosis treatment and diabetic surgical patient management. These experiences have strengthened my ability to bring evidence-based care into everyday practice.
